| After the site was carefully cleared,
water and electric utilities were installed and foundations were constructed for The Nest and bungalows. 192 piers of
concrete block, each measuring 6 feet tall, were laid by hand for the
project. |

to, depth of foundation columns and size - four adult men are working
comfortably inside the bungalow. |

to the north of The Nest and foundation structures for several other
bungalows. Note the pristine green horizon in back of the site looking
inland...we are truly the first development on the island - perfect for
people looking to get away from it all. |

When guests walk into The Nest from the road, they will be able to look
straight through The Nest's dining room, bar and screened-in porch and see
the amazing blue waters. What a great first impression! |

beach dune. The white sandy beach lies below. This is the view
guests will have when seated on the front porch looking toward the
northwest. South Florida is 600 miles away in this direction.
The view will improve when the beach and grounds are restored with lush
tropical landscaping. |

Bay, Cuba is 42 miles to the southwest across the water. (The dark
areas in the water are coral reef!) |

| Remote beaches
like this are found all around the island. This beach is located in
Man O' War Bay - about a 10 minute boat ride north of the resort.
Guests will be able to rent boats and discover beaches like this to enjoy
their take-away picnic lunches and relax in solitude. |
